Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I've just had yet another 'prove you are a human' check as my content is considered possibly malicious
I get them too. There must be certain trigger words.

Afternoon all
I had a dreadful night with my flippin stomach and I woke up this morning feeling sick. I did manage to get a bit more sleep and I've had some toast now. I'm staying in the motorhome today and Alan will keep nipping in to check on M&D.
I'll have to be better tomorrow as we've got to get Dad to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool City centre.

Afternoon Helen
Oh no, stomach trouble again Poor you but hopefully you'll feel better as the day goes on. Yeh, best to keep away from M&D in case anything gets passed around. Hole up in the motorhome and try to recover
Just stopped for a breather and a coffee here as I'm elbow deep in trying to root through decades of stuff - what to keep and what to wave bye bye to Not easy but it's gotta be done.
Hope you feel better soon hon, and here's a top tip - if you ever decide to move house, just don't! xxx
