Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Kez and great to see you back hon.
Reading the posts eh? I hope your brain's not been scrambled with some of the stuff quite a few of us have offered
Is it wet and windy up in Scotland or calmed down? A howling wind is my idea of heaven but not to everyone's taste.
Whatever it's doing up there, get cosy and enjoy the rest of your evening. Warmest hugs sweetheart xxx
Thanks so much Kez
My brother's a lot like I am - plenty of moaning and griping to start our phone conversations but then onto having a laugh and getting on with stuff. It helps.
Eddie told us he's feeling a lot better today hon, so I'm hoping it continues as we all know how these journeys can have hidden potholes. The tarmaccers need to do a better job!
Thanks again my lovely xxx
