Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

You certainly get more than your fair share of the little blighters, but I must say they're well house trained. I mean, stairs Spidey must have studied protocol to keep in his lane like he did. Imagine if you found one in your model car - he'd drive it well at least.
We once had a bit of a seaside theme going on in the bathroom - a couple of wooden gulls on the window ledge, a shower curtain with shells and the odd fish etc. and a biggish lighthouse by the cupboard.
One winter's night I walked by the cupboard and swept the lighthouse with my dressing gown... the biggest spider ever, of tarantula proportions, steamed out of the opening at the bottom and clattered across the tiles! Yep, he was that big I could hear him and I screamed at the top of my lungs. OH came flying upstairs, wondering what the hell was going on and when I told him even he didn't feel safe. I think he thought it might wait under the toilet seat and pounce!
I don't know where Spidey went but I got the shudders for days and I'm not particularly scared of them, but he was monstrous xxx
Hi again, fresh back from TLC and gnawing on part of a midnight feast, even though the witching hour's not here. Couldn't resist one of the chocolate éclairs
Oh Ray, I've been rotten with hay fever all week and my left eye has copped it worse. I seem to get it all year round now.
Anyway, I'd forgotten about our lighthouse dwelling spider till you mentioned your stairs one. We did get a dragonfly in the garden when it was really hot this summer - a beautiful yellow striped black one, the size of a small helicopter xxx

I took the faulty charger port thing back to Home Bargains this morning - we tried the 2 remaining ones on the shelf and they were the same so I got a refund.
I said to HB guy the Pifco quality control must have left their station to attend a foam party in Ibiza. He looked at me like I was nuts, muttered 'maybe' and quickly walked off.
Some people. Smh xxx
