Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Wow! Sophia sounds a real live wire and very pretty too. Let's hope her tomboy trait gives her extra oomph to see her over this
What lovely names your girls have hon - one of my cousin's daughters has just had a baby, also named Sophia, but I'm unsure how we're related. Probably that third cousin twice removed or some such.
Now you settle as much as you can sweetheart and warm hugs, for all your family xxx
Great stuff DD
I'll definitely take a look at your profile and can't wait to see your dogs - I adore all animals but dogs are way up on the pecking order xxx
Evening all
We've got to get M&D to their Dr's surgery for their flu jabs in the morning. They have a wheelchair from before Mum had her first hip replacement and we tried to get Dad to use it tomorrow bit it was a big fat NO. It would certainly make our life easier but ......

I'm going over to our little group now Helen, so I'll definitely pass on your hug no problem.
Aw thanks hon, but my brother has had Lymes for years although it's caused him a lot of problems. He got bitten whilst walking through long grass on holiday in Cornwall and the tiny sod left a messy and painful legacy. It put me off traipsing around in grass, I can tell you xxx
Hello Gill
To avoid confusion I don't mind being called Gilly as that's what other friends call me on another platform.
I'm easy with anything - nutcase would be apt xxx
