Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

It is truly a testament to the murky depths that we trawl through, when an outstandingly pants day gets promoted to 'not too bad' after half a nights sleep!
Duff charger? The fun rolls on!
Cheers
' ... They're only scary, kuz they're hairy ...'
How are you feeling now? You perked up?
Cheers
you do make me laugh, Shims!
Shining through in the face of adversity. Shouting, swearing, snarling and charging around like a mad goat was nearer the mark.
Aye, chuffing charger back to HBs tomorrow but a Sunday dinner to shovel down within the next 5 mins
Probably see you later hon, but don't stay awake just because and that's an order, Private Benjamin xxx
Just munched a Greggs vegan roll and tinned toms followed by a Neapolitan wafer ice-cream. Umm might still be peckish and I did put several things in the oven soooo....

Doh! Does this mean a return trip there or will look elsewhere?
Cheers
Yeh, it came back but I shouldn't have screwed up in the first place. Gonna be more careful in future.
Have you been in Ray's larder cos he had a Neapolitan wafer ice cream in the early hours xxx
Ooh buy them by the box from Aldi and eat FAR too many
You getting a chance to stop yet or still got care routines?
Cheers
Not yet hon. I got all done in the kitchen after our supper but still got TLC to come. Just watching a bit of telly now.
It's a good job neither of us ever wants to go out somewhere late cos it'd be a right faff trying to do TLC and lugging the neb along with us xxx
So would you need a sparkly sparkley backpack
or wheeled suitcase that would give a mini skip a run for it's money?
Cheers
