Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Ooh how is it now Nigella is there to ooze everywhere?
Oh ssshhh if you are settling down, nyt, sweet dreams
Cheers
Awe your affection for that woman is absolutely palpable! I am assuming your current cauldron is busy being the keeper of the molten tar receptacle?
Cheers
The tar's bubbling away nicely, but the broken glass I've added has melded into clumps so I'll revise the recipe for maximum effect.
Ya know, Nigella's like catnip for a lot of blokes. Ray? Anyone? xxx
Ooh are the molten glass lumps 'arty'? Could you flog them to help fund your upcoming move?
Umm blokes... of all ages ... though many never get past 12 in many respects... well I have never understood how instantly, obviously and easily 'pleased' they can be by 2.2 seconds exposure to ... well, Nigella or other stock images. Instantly interferes with whatever they may have been thinking, saying or attempting to do.
We females are far more subtle and err discerning... or just me?
Cheers
Here we go again
Yep, chuffing hamster time and it's taken so long to get back here I've forgotten what you posted. Let's see...
No, I'm like you too but I rather like fat blokes for some reason. Not big Bunters but with a bit of excess meat. And if they're funny then any shape or size cuts it. Not too fussed to be fair but I only look.
Won't make much money with the glass unless I can tout lumps of tar with spiky bits as art.
And finally, the day was a bit different as we won £25 on the Leeds Cancer Hospitals charity lottery. Yeehaaaa! It won't buy another house but it's all welcome xxx
Have not had a TV for several years but whenever I was scrolling through channels looking for something worth watching, Nigella was shovelling vast quantities of sugar into a recipe as I hurriedly scrolled on. I'm more of a Hayley Mills/Diana Rigg fan if limited to celebrities. Keith Floyd was the only chef I'd watch. xxx
Ooh, I always wanted to be Diana Rigg when I was younger and adored her in The Avengers. I didn't fancy Steed. When I was around 9 or 10 my brother bought me a Diana Rigg doll and they're sought after these days as quite rare. I've still got her but she's not in great condition.
Hayley Mills was fab but I particularly liked her in Whistle Down the Wind. I fancied Alan Bates in that, but went off him when I found out about his private life as it took some of the shine off.
I'm not sure I could exist without a telly Ray, as I've even got it on in the background now xxx
