Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Later today I am going to fashion an email to the bod who works on the site, err Liz maybe?
Hopefully I can hunt out an old welcome let me help message.
Cheers
I hit the back of the net by naming and shaming the main perp within 10 seconds of the first episode but it wasn't revealed till tonight's part 5.
I'm a sod for doing that but OH doesn't seem to mind. He's amused that I seem to know the plot ️
Ha! Same here ... Stressy always clueless even though I've pointed out the main suspect! He watches Columbo lots and makes a point of saying 'they did it' of whoever the first person on screen is
He can rewatch films though and claim to be oblivious of seeing them previously.
Cheers
Love it!
Scriptwriters have little imagination it seems and the holes in their plots are easy to see through.
I must admit I probably ruin dramas as all through the 5 eps I've been giving it 'It's Tom you know'. Then when Tom was the reveal, OH got assailed with 'Told you.'
I must be an utter pain to watch telly with and feel bad for screwing up yet another series for OH. Good job he loves me
Hi, if tech issues and late hour means you best go, that's fine.
The prog about cancer tonight and other research basically says we are all doomed, modern life, exposure to chemicals and we don't eat 30 g of fibre daily.
Cheers
And don't forget processed food will see us all off. It's official.
I've been wolfing it for 68 years so not done too badly.
Yeh hon, we'll call it a night and beat the hamsters at their own game night pet, sweet dreams xxx
Yup the grub was in spotlight too
Hope you get some decent shut eye. Can't believe craft group has rolled around already ... been a pants week really.
Nyt, sweet dreams
Apologies for disappearing but unusually fell asleep.
Good luck with exploring other bits of the forum.
Take care
Apologies, fell asleep!
Fuuu! Good they can afford it and it makes sense to get those garden trip hazards sorted asap.
Good luck, take care
Afternoon all
I've only just got notifications of these last few posts.
Today has seen us take Mum to the bank and to Bon Marché for socks
Dad's got an appointment through today to go for a neck scan next Monday so that's a trip into Liverpool City centre with them.
