Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Yeah been fine up to now but will see on Monday when go back to work again! The creepy fatigue kicked me in the butt. It was the sterotactic radiotherapy as I knocked back opp. Yeah I've used both all good.
Sounds like the garden work won't be cheap now it involves drains unfortunately.
M&D can afford it fortunately. They need the patio relaying as they both keep tripping on the uneven slabs.

Hellooo Shimmers, PSA, anyone else
OH's gone up now but I'm still wide awake. Well, I keep thinking it's Tuesday so more dozy than owt else. Hmmm xxx
Oops! Well I'll be blowed. I actually nodded off! Ahem. Apologies
Cheers
Hmmm, what time do you call this then? Go on, I'll let you off.
Owt new pet? xxx
Apart from the nodding off? Spoke briefly with Scoots on phone. I reminded him bout dietician appointment and he asked me to get Stressy to pick up scooter tomorrow as he has a scooter.
Passng info to Stressy ... he was very smug with big grin ' so he's got a cheap one, he's quick to act when...'.
I told him to shut up as I wasn't getting involved. Stupidly, Scoots has probably bought a very used one from shop bottom of street ... Stressy had already decided he is just giving the borrowed one to that shop.
So much for helping Scoots to choose n get new scooter and trying to get a deal by getting his own new one at same time etc
Cheers
Lawks. Spite's reared its head then. Best not to get involved in their squabbles.
Got kicked straight out again
Spite indeed. On Stressy's part. Despite him trying to tell anyone who'll listen differently, Scoots hasn't done anything that he hasn't done before... that is, just be him. Yes, his needs make it frustrating at times but his needs are only going to increase.
Stressy wants the world to believe he's been used and abused deliberately and he's finally said no more!
Anyway, how was your TV drama?
Cheers
