Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

We watched half of the match but then the final part of the drama started and it's on till 10pm. After I've finished TLC I'll be back if yourself and others are still here?
I liked Helen's big font as it was much easier to read xxx
Drama second part on now...
Would you like to tell us a bit about yourself? Do you live alone? Is there anyone around supporting you through your journey?
Do you have a large or small employer and how helpful have they been?
Cheers

Sounds like the garden work won't be cheap now it involves drains unfortunately.
Stressy's drains outside their backyard often smell sewagey and occasionally the smell creeps indoors. The water people were in the lane the other week but not sure if they actually did anything.
Might contact them to find out. They have been brilliant at mastiff pal's. As the drain in her yard is a shared one, the costs are the water company's and they came out quickly a couple of times and then actually refashioned the underground pipe.
Cheers
Fabulous. All your Local Authority's policies available on line etc Look up their wellbeing blurb and see if they have counselling services etc.
If you are a member of a Trade Union check their resources out. Unison's Welfare services etc.
Have you been to all your appointments and treatments on your own?
Have you been in touch with Macmillan or do you have a local Maggie's?
Is there anything you feel might be useful?
So if that's all a bit much, what have been up to while not at work?
Cheers
