Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Another welcome from me. Please make sure you are taking advantage of all the accomodations you are entitled to including a phased return to work. This may be reduced hours or reduced duties ... you will know what would work best for you.
Also beware the twang factor! In short, all your physical, mental, emotional resources have been stretched ... you may be doing fine and feeling great ... TWANG! Suddenly, fragile, weepy, weak, confused and useless. All perfectly normal and very common though oddly not warned in advance.
Take care
Umm I didn't get big font? Is the site actually imploding? Sooo many glitches!
Cheers
Well I knew about the increase in occurrence among the young, but was surprised to discover young is defined as under 50!
Other cancers were mentioned and probable contributory factors and reports not telling the whole story etc
You watching the match?
Cheers
Ooh yeah, yours is big and bold!

Cheers
