Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Was the other flat any good?
Cheers
Afternoon Shimmers
Sorry for the long delay but I got a bit bogged down in clearing drawers and stuff. It's gonna be a laborious solo task with no transport to shift stuff. I'll bring the magic fairies into play
About the other flat - the one I liked has got feelers on it already but another on offer is far too big. That's why we need to downsize, to stop accumulation and to save me or someone else having to declutter again. Anyway, I quit mid-afternoon as it'd got far too hot
Normal duties call now but the virtual cake and ice-cream got polished off yonks ago got the real McCoy in the fridge for later.
Hope your day's going well Shims xxx
Not us hon, but it was mentioned on the dinnertime news that there's been a huge rise in folk around 30+ getting it, especially gut and bowel cancer. Is that the theme? xxx
To close to soon, heard the lady on radio this morning
Evening all
So today we've taken Mum shopping to Morrison’s then round to Home Bargains so she could save 5p on teabags! Then after lunch Alan & I went for a walk and a coffee. Then we came back and took a timber garden store that had collapsed to the tip. Then Alan lifted a paving slab by the kitchen drain that had fallen in to find had the drain broken and the soil is eroding from underneath . We spoke to a neighbour who's recently had building work done and asked for the builder's details as the whole patio needs relaying and obviously now the drains need seeing to.
Apart from that we've done nothing today
