Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hmmm for a higher rent? Very odd. So I got the vibes that you weren't your usual exuberant self... any reason in particular?
Cheers
Apart from feeling extra tired (silly long time after dentist to cover 15 miles maybe) OH's mother! Raging for several hours doesn't half take it out of one. Posh, eh? xxx
Was the raging productive? Cathartic?
Err perhaps you should be sleeping now! You seen the time?
Cheers
It's always cathartic and I endorse a good rage... fully!
Yes Shimmer, I've got OH's meds supplies to order and a PSA test to arrange for him at the Doc's. Then flatwatch calls, shopping blah blah...
Sleepy time now hon. Night, sweet dreams xxx
I haven't had a passport for decades and no drivers licence. We don't exist!
Nyt, hope you wake refreshed and raring to go
Sweet dreams
Exactly the same here with the passport and DL. I like being nonconformist. Nyt hon cxx
Soo you had a chance to check up on flat availability?
Err I mean good morning
Cheers
Morning to all. Very quiet around here so I am hoping that means most people are doing ok, are busy or have just given up due to tech issues.
For anyone not able to ask for support, here is a supply of gentle hugs to be applied as and when required
Cheers
Morning Shimmers
We're in town now, supping coffee in a café. The checks are still going through on desired flat but I reiterated my interest if it fails through. All other stuff on the list done apart from shoppingthat's next.
It's playing up again but could be down to signal in café? I'll take two of your hugs for OH and me. Thanks hon xxx
