Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

He's absolutely fine, no pain or paracetamol needed and he ate his tea with gusto after the numbness wore off. Next appointment in a month for a review

Hi i hope you managed to get a nice sleep. Me and Glyn were exhausted. Went off about 9pm and woke up at 5.
Taxis have gone awful in cardiff aswell. I ordered one few weeks ago and they sent it to newport instead of newport rd in cardiff so i had to wait all over again and i had some frozen food.
Yes drs have been very nice to me during all of this i must be honest and it means a lot knowing they are helping me. My anxiety is sky high still.

Hope you have a lush weekend too hun.

Morning Amanda ️
I love it when you call things lush! Makes me smile x
Not a great sleep for me and I slept in, that's why I'm still home and not doing the shopping, but we'll soon catch up once I've got the morning chores finished. You should relax more and keep that anxiety at bay sweetheart we want you to have lush moods only.
I'll crack on and that reminds me - crummy taxis will be needed and I don't like being dependent on them when we need to go out. Hopefully part of that problem will be solved when we can move closer to our town.
Time to get cracking for us but you have the lushest of a lush day hon
Big cwtches xxx
