Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Afternoon all
We had a little drinkie last night to celebrate my news.
Talking of dreams, I quite often talk in my sleep when I'm dreaming and I've woken myself up shouting quite a few times. Alan has sometimes had to wake me up too.
The motorhome is packed and ready to go up to Liverpool tomorrow to parent-sit again. I may need lots of wine while up there

Hello Ukiboy
This is Ryder’s reaction to a Squirrel!

He loves to chase them but can’t understand where they go when they go up a tree.
Kind regards - Brian.

Cheers a good move to celebrate, Helen. Stock up in the MH for the trials that may come - you've obviously got more patience than I have.
Ooh, I wonder what you could be shouting about in your dreams? Yells of alarm or ecstatic shouts of victory after a huge lottery win maybe Let's hope it's the latter!
Safe travels for tomorrow hon xxx
Afternoon Ukiboy. By coincidence I was just posting a reply to Jane (Winkers60) in the bladder forum about an urban squirrel that visits my garden and next door's roof. Also a handsome magpie. You must be a lot quicker on your feet than me. The nut and shiny things specialists are too quick for me, armed with an 18 years old digital camera. Lovely photos of Pippin as well. xxx
