Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Crikey. What did she mean about your arms hon? Were there some markings or summat? Don't reply if you'd rather not xxx
Oi! I am right here, just wrestling with and uncorrecting words.
I would be awake regardless. Fibromyalgia means sleep is unrefreshing and dreams are vivid
I remember I used to think folk were weird when they didn't know what they had dreamed or had wispy bits of nonsense at best. Mine are like blockbuster films and details include street furniture and people I don't know but could pick out of a line up.
Cheers
Oh yeah subsidised orthotics yeah may be prescribed if get referral etc Don't know how long would take.
Cheers
My dreams are in glorious technicolour - I can smell things, feel things and have sensible dialogue, even if some are a bit off the wall.
I remember dreams I had as a very young kid, vividly. A lot of my more grim dreams have come true folk have been creeped out when the things I've told them have happened afterwards! Not great tbh xxx
Yeah, I'd never noticed the green zebra stripes nooooo! Sorry. Ahem ... lie flat, arms by sides, palms up...my elbow joint has bit of a curve, like bridge...that sounds dramatic. It isn't, unless I demonstrate there's nowt to see. Can't bear to even think about trying to post a pic.
There are some online .. 'hyper extended elbow'
Window still intact?
Cheers
Oooh! Do you mean you shared the dream before events unfolded?
Cheers
Oh dear hon, but no, don't post a pic.
I wuz robbed - the window remained intact.
If you ever decide to watch it (don't) here's my review...
Stars all it merited.
Verdict: Silly.
11 year olds would think it awesome and gush in the yard during morning break.
The end xxx
Yep, several times. Peeps probably thought I was a sorceress xxx
I think that's a resounding ,'I don't have to bother,' then.
Err my reluctance to post a pic wasn't modesty or because my agent is unavailable, it's purely down to lack of site functionality.
Cheers
I thought you weren't ready for your close-up, Mr DeMille xxx
