Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Amanda
Sorry for the late reply but I've just woken up after nodding off in the chair! Yes hon, I was fuming about waiting for that taxi but it's the norm - so much time wasted waiting around for them.
Aw, how nice you've got a great GP and so willing to accommodate any concerns you may have. If you don't feel right my lovely then make sure you book an appointment with her, we can't have you worrying when there's no need.
Mmm, stew . Do you call it cawl in Cardiff? I didn't have any supper with falling asleep! Doh.
Have a smashing weekend hon and lots of love xxx
Hellooo back Shimmers
I've got the jitters about posting in case it's shredded for hamster bedding, like a few of last night's were.
Just been watching a film...
Wow! Congratulations
What a tricky time to hear your sister's sad news and of course you are worried about brother. You must and can celebrate though .. right here!
There will be and

Already had a glitch ... a post about all the stuff at the end of the street was there but now gone. Did you see it?
Ooh what did you watch?
Cheers
I really hope someone is aware of site access and functionality issues and addressing them as it's not just clunky with the odd glitch now ... it's unusable at times.
Glad you got here eventually. Must be dreadful for newbies seeking support in the dark hours.
Gentle hugs
The end of the street post appeared this morning. It was there when I looked in around 6.15am, hours after the event, so I didn't ignore it, just couldn't reply. Same as the one about how I know when OH needs medical attention and how much I loved Ray's colour scheme. I couldn't get those back hon
Oh, the film's called The Substance - a body shock horror starring Demi Moore, who doesn't look much like she used to xxx
Oooh grrrr! Well at least if you saw the street post you get the gist.
To whom do I direct a pithy post about the state of play here do you suppose?
Not seen that film. Started to watch Whisper Man but gave up as needed to lie down.
Cheers
I'll check out Whisper Man.The Substance has proved a decent watch but doesn't warrant a second viewing - that's my critique.
I assume getting in touch with a mod about the hamsters might be the best way hon xxx
Ooh just having a nosey about film .. 21,000 litres of theatrical blood!
Are you sure that was enough?
Cheers
