Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Gill, sometimes when the site has a seizure you can log out then log in again, find the post you'd been replying to, then click reply again to restore what you'd written. I quickly copied my half completed reply so that I did not have to recompose if it had been completely lost. xxx
Boo hiss! Yep could do diddly squat with site and couldn't even log back in no matter what.
Will this post?
I've done all that Ray but the posts have been zapped by the looks of things. I don't think they can be saved or copied on a phone but that's my fault for using it. I'll have one last attempt to retrieve them and then admit defeat. I hate doing that!
Anyway hon, dentist later on today for OH, so one last meddle and I'll try to get off.
Night night hon and to Shimmers if she's still here. Hope it'll let me play tomorrow. Hugs maties and sweet dreams xxx
