Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Ray
Good to hear from you again and the pending procedures don't sound too bad If they sort out that thing then brilliant, and you should be more at ease too hon.
Thank you for the birthday wishes Ray - another year older but thankfully not deeper in debt. That might come later when we move, but I'm ultra careful so we should swerve the possibility.
Fingers crossed you'll love the curtains and cushions when they arrive, but my guess is they'll look fab! Please do let us know what you think. I'm waiting for a couple of deliveries too, one being a parcel of packaging boxes and bubble wrap yippee!
Thanks so much for getting in touch hon, and I'll stop mithering now we know you're doing ok.
Take care and sending hugs and love xxx
Thank you Shims
I haven't got an actual cake but here's a virtual slice of one i Chocolate trifle pots in reality.
Hope S and S have hung up the boxing gloves and Stressy hasn't booted in any gates!
Laters hon xxx
