Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Awe glad things are a bit rosier.
Cheers
True, my energy levels wouldn't be enough to top up a gnat!
Oh I know about the term 'bad actors' as it featured heavily during covid for one reason or another. Aye, the hamsters could be checking out night owls to make sure we're not being bad influencers. I've thrown a badge in to throw them off the scent as putting a hamster emoji in makes them worse.
Something I wanted to ask you Shims - do you have a Geordie accent or do you hail from another place? xxx Being nosey again...
Zut alors! I don't really reveal much online although it's not difficult to glean lots from chat.
Now if I said how very dare you this would imply Geordie is my unquestioned enemy. Though its a term often applied regionally to anyone a few miles further than the Watford gap. You are supposed to have been born within spitting distance of the Tyne, though what your mother would have been doing hanging off a river bank or over a bridge at the time?
Oh cue a river picture of a river

Hmmm his face looks very pitbull there and really isn't. He is very lean for a mastiff with gorgeous flop over ears... which are all wrong for his breed but are adorable
Cheers
snorts at last post!
Go on then, Sunderland or Middlesbrough?
I've got this weird thing of reading posts in the accent of those when I know where they're from. Helen with a Scouse twang, Sonia and Brian with a Greater Manchestah burr, Kez with a Scottish accent, Julie with a bit 'me duck' but refined after years darn Sarf and so on.
Ray's an enigma after spending a lot of time in Germany. Since he revealed a penchant for St Bruno's I imagine him sounding like Arthur Lowe and wearing a smoker's jacket and a cravat.
Should I go into hiding now do you reckon xxx
Doggy's absolutely adorable and I'm in love ️
