Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I'll put you in the Enigma Club with Ray

You've lost me Shimmers and I'm disappointed with myself...
That was a tree he easily grabbed and raced around with. Definition of a stick umm includes bigger, longer, heavier than him.
Cheers
Now we can't have you disappointed! That is the Wear! I had finally walked to it over the new walkway and stuck my phone through railings for the shot.
Pal would happily lend him though he actually lives with their son now since he moved out. Until he is on holiday, away, etc etc
You can't have him though except for a visit and you have to be good dog people... which I am sure you are
Cheers
That gorgeous boy would be welcomed with open arms as we adore all animals. Sadly, too many reasons why we can't have one
A Wearsider then? I'm confusing meself now so I'll look at some pictures.
Well I told myself it'd be time for bye byes if I got hambushed again and I just did! It's not conducive for flowing convo, and it's 1.31am, so it's goodnight from me Shimmer and I'll be back later on today. One last look at the gorgeous doggy pics first
