Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Yeh, I was reading the half arsed govt 'warning' about stocking up this morning, Ray. I took about as much notice of that as I do of the neighbours.
Anyway hon, I don't think there's anywhere round here to hole up and we don't have a cellar, so it'll have to be on the stairs with our bottled water.
I buy Tesco's decaf which is passable for our morning cuppas but Costa Coffee is nice for a treat. It wants to be at almost a tenner for two cups! Scandalous xxx
Fun fact. The couple always going on holiday using All Clear insurance - wifey is the brunette out of Tight Fit. The Lion Sleeps Tonight.
I think I'd better get to sleep guys as my earlier malaise seems to have had a strange effect on my brain.
Night god bless and sleep tight hunny bunnies xxx
I mustn't have been paying attention though heard someone else mention hoarding tinned food.
Is it part of general preparedness for emergencies or some current perceived risk?
Umm can those relying on food banks ask for extras and can the homeless nominate someone else's safe space for sharesies?
Cheers
Flipping delays! Ok folks, nyt sweet dreams.
Tomorrow more mastiff sitting somehow, between craft and breast screening!
Take care
I think it's the government's daft way of preparing the country for war without stirring panic.
It's been done so quietly that cue mass panic buying and general panic when folk spot a tiny segment buried amongst surgical appliances. (Rising Damp. circa 1974?)
Not sure how food banks will fare hon.
Night night Shims, gotta sleep off the faint traces of migraine xxx
PS good luck for the screening pet
Afternoon all
We're slowly making our way north again but we've still got a week to go. The weather is glorious, warm but not hot. I've made an appointment with the dentist for my broken tooth but it's going to have to wait until we get back from Liverpool (parent sitting again).
