Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Why are posts taking so long to appear after they have been sent? Are they being re-routed to the Ibiza foam party?
Needn't bother as the looking at them task has been subbed out to Miguel who has accepted the three Euros but gone home to his wife and seven bambinos.
RayMK Do you drink anything else hot? I add hot water to just about anything ... except old flipflops as I have an allergy.
I quite like black pepper.
Cheers
I have seen her in the kitchens but Wiki doesn't mention them. Apparently she is brand ambassador for Good Boy chocolates.
Yeah the saturation advertising for funeral plans reached such a level that they have leaked out into other channels.
I actually liked the variety of musical genres giving renditions of 'way to go' but you don't really see them anymore.
Cheers
The hamsters are soaked in bubbles tonight
Miguel took pity and has taken them home for the bambinos - they can nestle alongside the kiddies rubber faced plushies. Awwww
It must be becoming a 'thing'. Appointment notifications with the bare minimum of info on where and when ... but nothing useful like what it is for or will entail or most baffling, absolutely no hint at the prep which is vital for what will be undergone during the appointment that they haven't mentioned either.
Cheers
Ooh 'Way to go, waay to go-o' is still on every day.
Now I never knew that about our Debs and Good Boy choc drops. Have you ever tried one? They taste more like something that's come out of a hound's hind quarters than chocolate xxx
Silly billy
Hamsters and sangria and Jaeger bombs ... ummm ... better or worse
Cheers
I mainly survive on 4-5litres of cold water per day + a diet Pepsi. I have a coffee about twice a week. Fortunately I have other drinkable brands in the cupboard. I also love black pepper but not in a drink. Have not had a cup of tea since last year but it's another option.
Gill, although we all have different tastes, I would not recommend the charred bank statement coffee. Speaking of a bunker list, I need a sachet of St Bruno pipe tobacco in case we get a two minute warning. It is strange that the BBC is pushing tinned food hoarding again today. Surely mankind is not stupid enough to have another war? On second thoughts..... At least there are miles of empty HS2 tunnels near here if we get 30 minutes warning.
I even muchly dislike the extra cheap n nasty brown stuff that is in advent calendars!
Cheers
Hmmm the net says one version by the country/folk duo but I swear I have seen other genres ... as the ad not just covers.
Tangential universe
Cheers
