Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I think the lovely Debbie McGee only flogs Kitchen Magic makeovers now.
I've run into a problem straight away. The support, coffee (T**** Barista style instant), is absolutely vile. It tastes like stirred burnt ashes of bank statements with slightly sickly overtones. I can't detect any distinct coffee taste or smell. It is a recently purchased tin, properly stored since opening two weeks ago. Next stop: The bin. Water will have to keep the eccles cake company.
The only task that I've crossed off my list in the last week or two was to reconnect my hi-fi system. When the new carpets were laid in July, all of the separate units had to be shuffled into other rooms. Last Thursday I had a moment of productivity by untangling the connecting leads, fathomed out where they all go, reconnected them tidily then tested everything. It is all in working order again, even the record player.
On Thursday I have got a review appointment with Urology. It's a mid afternoon appointment so I doubt that there will be time to do much. Maybe have blood analysed and possibly have a flexible cystoscopy check of my bladder but the letter from the hospital did not mention anything specific. Usually they give details of tests being lined up. Will have to go in open minded, ready for anything just in case. xxx
Oops! Disappeared down a rabbit hole looking at the lovely Debbie. Kitchen magic wasn't mentioned
Cheers
You should have typed Kitchen Magic Debbie - you even get a short video of her touting their wares.
As we watch the channel that spends all afternoon going on about funeral plans, Debs often pops up between those and a couple who are always jetting off on their jollies. Wifey is always worried sick whether it's going to be blazing hot.
Shimmer, you don't know what you've been missing hon xxx
