Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Shimmers
Same here, couldn't get off
Yep, I'll remember to mention it and also if she witnessed any 'singers'! Off in a couple of mins and you have a good day too hon. xxx
I was also slow getting to sleep. 4am was the last time I remember seeing before nodding off. At 11am a scruffy bloke who I would not trust for a second bashed on my door. I do not answer door bashers. When I came downstairs later, a screwed up Reform leaflet had been stuffed halfway through the letter box. He needs some schooling. I keep meaning to get a 'No Callers' sticker. A big '*GO AWAY' sign which lit up would be more satisfying *(or words to that effect). I still feel half asleep now (1-40pm). xxx
Sheeesh! On way to see pal but of course buses not showing up etc n koo! It's getting windier and windier!
Awe, afternoon nap on the cards?
Cheers
Ooh forgot to say hi when I was diddling about earlier. How are things really?
You-know-who had fantastic news but I will let them tell you themselves
Cheers
Afternoon Raymondo
I'm glad you've caught up with some sleep hon, but you could have done without the door basher
Get a notice for it - No callers of any description allowed - EVER! Might do the trick.
Well I got a few hours in, went to eldest's and enquired about The Three Legs pub in Leeds. I'll make a separate post to Shimmers to prove I've done my homework - watching shorts dedicated to the place on YouTube. Brilliant!
Hopefully you're relaxing and unwinding now Ray, and not scoffing protein-packed weevils to enhance the flavour of home cooked Yorkshire puddings.
Mmmm. Enjoy xxx
