Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Bloke I knew had been in the army. Food poisoning from a field kitchen hit whole squadron big stylee... except him and one other soldier. Their medical man grunted 'Bl**dy Northeners, stomachs of steel!'
So you may not be as delicate as some. Though they got the job of 'cleaning up' and emptying the repurposed dustbins for everyone else
Cheers
Quick, get some shut eye! Enjoy your visit.

Very wise can't be too careful ... or wasteful!
Cheers
Remember my spectacles that fell to pieces? Well I hadn't heard back that they had the replacement frames so went into town and 'jokingly' walked up to the stall, put my bag down and said ' I have come to throw my weight around'.
The poor bloke looked like he wanted to run for the hills and held my specs aloft saying 'I sent a message, I sent a message, I sent a message!'
Of course it hadn't shown up but though I was very polite he still looked very worried when I left. I wasn't even brandishing a brolly!
Cheers
I can picture the scene . Actually, that's not bad service from them. Do you keep them in a case? I hope they last a while.
I'm going to head upstairs soon. Glad that you reappeared on here. Will probably 'see' you again quite soon. Good night Shimmers, and Gill if you still have an eye open. xxx
You saying I probably look scary??? Yeah but probably not in a 'menacing' way
Ok, hope you get some decent sleep. Oh yeah, bloke quickly gave me another case for specs
Sweet dreams
