Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thanks hon Definitely buy a ticket - can you imagine the celebrations here if you did win? Don't hold your breath though.
We're ok thanks sweetie and once the footy and TLC are out of the way I'll enjoy the rest of the evening.
Warm hugs hon, as it's quite nippy outside xxx
Hi gill, sbird abd soc and all of group,
Thank you for your lovely replies. We are very very happy and relieved. We cried happy tears. Its been one hell of s journey for all of us. I asked the oncologist to repeat what hed said and put phine onto loud speaker so glyn could hear it too. Just to make sure i hadnt misheard him.
Glyn took me for a nice meal and weve been chilling rest of day. Time to sleep now.
Hope you all have a lovely evening and an early night.
Take care big cwtches sent to all of you. Will chat tomorrow. Night night xxx
I had to look up Mebeverine. I understand issues with innards as I had a gastrectomy, (stomach removal)
It can be the unpredictability that gets you ... sometimes you might expect a trigger, sometimes it's a suprise... as is the effects.
Initially I regained the skill that dogs and babies have of turning food into Oh My God!
Good luck with smoothing things out.
Cheers
Gill H ooh which footy you watching tonight? Aren't Barnsley at it?
Pal's naff cushion effort you would bin, honest
Cheers
Hi again Shimmers.
I was flitting in and out of ye olde kitcheney clearing up the supper stuff and catching bits of Liverpool v Spurs. Barnsley obviously didn't have the pull factor for OH. I keep promoting rest and feet up when I can't get any until I've done all the flipping chores. Done now so feet up.
How manky is pal's cushion effort? Next door's garden is like the municipal tip, seriously, and yesterday's additions included 2 grey pillows and a duvet stained brown in the middle, gradually lessening to beige as the stain crept outward.
If you remember Steptoe & Son and Oil Drum Lane, well that's our look out, another reason I'm desperate to move xxx
Apologies folks, I fell asleep last night, now in town shopping for curry ingredients for Parkinson's pal tea etc
Cheers
Oh lovely! Realistically what are the chances of moving?
Would you have to sell? Your view wouldn't help with that! I presumed you have done all the obvious about your neighbour situation.
Cheers
