I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

If yours is high ours must be the lowest. All I've done today, apart from the usual stuff, was to take a delivery from CareCo for some new bed stuff for OH.
Is the breast screening for tomorrow hon? Good luck for it if yes and hope you get somewhere soon with the dentist. You seem to have better results sorting the Scooter boys out

No, screening is the 22 nd.
Yeah been looking for a mattress topper for Scoots. He has the adjustable air pump mattress on rise n recline bed but is lying on a duvet!!! Most companies only recommend a very thin topper so it doesn't impede the bending mechanics.
Although he has several pillows he could choose from, he is using a naff square effort with a few scant lumps of stuffing which I would have thought affected comfort and sleep more than a posh mattress! Ha! The hamster

Mistress like it. Earlier it changed apartment to appointment for me so I had to quickly edit in case others thought I was a loon.
I was thinking about one of those pump things but couldn't fathom how it would lift the mattress sufficiently, plus it's a very old one so I plumped for a 4" memory foam topper and it's really comfy. This is all OH's bed stuff and today I got a new backrest and pillow as he's been sliding flat on his back recently with the old one. Not great for lymph drainage or mucous. Bejabers, the things to keep on top of.
I've binned all the scant lump pillows here but must admit they're comfier than new ones. I'm siding with Scoots on that one xxx
