Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Sonia
You're definitely our lucky charm and it's a pity we don't play the lottery any more, else I'd be pestering for some Salford vibes.
Ooh I watched a bit of Four in a Bed at the weekend and one, very posh, B and B was in Lytham St Anne's. What an absolutely gorgeous place with a great beach too. Sonia, treat yourself to a lottery ticket, let your magic soak into it and you could buy a beach side Appartment, with balcony overlooking the sea, and live in luxury there.
I tend to live in cloud cuckoo land for much of the time hugs sweetie xxx
Unfortunately the site's clunks go into overdrive in the wee small hours.
Glad your neighbour has support.
Why would a GP doubt so off handedly and without triple checking a cancer diagnosis?
Good luck with a new GP!
Cheers
Evening
Got to craft earlier and even did a bit of crochet. Back still grumbling so this afternoon lay on floor and actually nodded off!!
No word from dental services so will have to chase up tomorrow. Hope I haven't been waiting for a referral that isn't happening.
Have got a breast screening appointment. I know, a high octane existence
Cheers
