Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I joined the choir in senior school but I don't think it was harnessing obvious talent as during rehearsals, sir, getting frustrated, bawled at 3 people not to sing that particular song
Cheers
It's playing up again and I've just had a right fandango getting back in!
Anyway, that's good about Scooterless and as long as he's happy, but obviously not about Toon when he finds out.
Your music Sir sounds like our Sir at secondary school - he was a maniacal nutter and this was in the days when they could still belt pupils. He was always whacking me over the head and I was in the top class, so god knows what punishments he doled out lower down the pecking order.
How slow is this tonight? xxx
I think anybody vaguely in charge of noticing how the site performs at this time of night must work from home, have three other jobs and is actually shimmying the night away in an Ibiza foam party as we speak
Cheers
you're one of the funniest bods I've ever come across! You should write - or do you? xxx
Not sure if 'happy' describes Scoots, think he thought today would be the end of kidney/pee issues.
It's a bit odd as the drainage bag etc being a very physical thing to get grips with err literally, it has taken the focus off the cancer.
I have arranged his first session with community dietician for Friday and then couple days later is his next steps meeting, so finding out if cancer has affected muscle wall, if chemo is needed etc
Cheers
Awe you making me all squishy! You iz reading what I write
Any chance you can talk about OH's independence before we or the site implodes?
Cheers
Oh good work getting him sorted out. I suppose anything giving him another focus from cancer will be for the best.
I'm thinking of going in the kitchen and raiding the pantry. Not sure if it's a great idea but I don't have a normal body clock and peckish now xxx
Yeah ... your butt kicking is only on hold not abandoned but you're safe tonight
What goodies might you unearth?
Cheers
