Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Cheers
Greetings Shimmer
Yep, I've just soothed my gizzard with a coffee
You mentioning all those songs from the olden days reminded me of our music teacher's eclectic taste at junior school.
I'll post this first as it's hamster hour xxx
Ooh had to look up Mvula. Very interesting.
Cheers
The 60s are just a few years ago in my head!
Camptown Races, Men of Harlech, O for the wings of a dove...
Just a few and I still remember all the words from around age 9. I used to love singing at school. Halcyon days xxx
Hmm on a go slow.
I remember another class teacher popping in to take charge one session in the juniors and fishing a book out if the cupboard thatched never seen ... turned out it had sings in it and Sir kept belting out first two words and expecting us to roar in ... silence
I remember writing out the words to He's Football Crazy, He's Football Mad
Cheers
That football game has robbed him of the little bit of sense he had.
Sounds about right for me.
How did Scoots appointment go Shims? xxx
DOH! Thought I had said. Ooops! Well they got there! He had stent fitted and plan was to cap nephrostomy but they have removed it.
Bit odd as stent will need replacing in 2 months and repeatedly. He got home this afternoon and seemed fine.
He is a huge Toon fan so hopefully he was tucked up and fast asleep before that match
Cheers
