Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello, I am so glad to hear that your dental appointment went well. xx
Kez sweetheart, the last thing any of us wants to see is our parents on the latter stage of their journey but if you think he looked comfortable, then take that as good my love. Sleeping is his body telling him it needs plenty of rest at this time. As long as he knows when you're there, that should make him happy.
We're both doing ok hon, and thank you for asking.
Sending hugs and love to you and your family xxx
Hello to all you good people i think i seen some swere words but its just like i said get the words out so on the Saturday afternoon im watching pontypool v Llandovery the first game of the season in Welsh rugby but the problem i have i can't speak Welsh so i got the red botton on so i wonder how many people now who has played for the great pontypool
That's insightful training for kids Uki, and most likely fended off fear of the dentist for them.
Similar story here and my two actually looked forward to appointments - they were once misbehaving when we were out shopping and I threatened them "no dentist" if they didn't cut it out. They immediately cut it out.
We have our ways, but maybe they were more alarmed at missing out on the toy that always followed the appointment xxx
