Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Lol Eddie - that's how I refer to those from the west side of the Pennines. I bet you wished someone at the wedding had taken a video, then you could have chastised Cassius Clay for the early right hook, or southpaw, depending on her prowess.
If your friend likes to chat incognito, she'll get plenty of scope on the forums and hopefully lift her a little. Hope so.
Love from nurse G and patient H xxx
I also refer to the wrong side of the pennines as the wet side, it must be awful for them lol.
I've met some wonderful people on the forums, I can't imagine anyone not benefiting, and I'm sure S would too. I've had a few visits as well as visiting a few, even stopping for a couple of days and many meet ups too, as well as WhatsApping, emailing and calling, which is handy at times.
Oh I'm sure someone at the reception has it on their phone, probably half the guys who were there, maybe when PMs are back up I can share some pics of my friends and family.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
Hi Eddie if you're still awake; if not this can be for tomorrow as I had to disappear for a bit - mucous clean up for H, bless him.
That'd be great to put some faces to your nearest and dearest, but it's been over two weeks since PMs went south and no sign of a return. Ah well, wait and see.
Night night, but really morning now, to you and Sheila xxx
