Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Geoff, I watched one of your videos my friend, and I really don't see why your hard on yourself, I did watch the whole clip and enjoyed your relaxed, clear, and informative style, though not sure anyone could persuade me to go to the coast there.
Eddie
Hi Gilly, sorry to hear about your pants, it never happens to an old pair does it, hopefully the permanent marker pen does its magic. I had to settle for tomato soup and red berry crumble with ice cream, as I have a slightly sore throat which is masking my dysphagia, it didn't spoil a lovely evening.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
Aw smashing. The crumble and ice cream sounds delicious and I'm glad the dysphagia didn't spoil it for you. Is the swallowing always a problem or just sometimes? Or maybe acid reflux? OH got neither, even after a TIA that can sometimes cause both. The GP put him on Lanzoprosole for no other reason than he wanted to, and the result was awful. I soon got him off them after researching, and we don't trust the GP anyway. Hope yours is trustworthy Eddie, as you must have to see him loads xxx
