Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

No worries Eddie, and if I'd have been on those kind of meds I reckon my whole head would have exploded! I don't know how on earth you manage to keep on top of it all.
Hey, I hope you get the painting of the donkey up, as I absolutely love those gorgeous animals. There's one on telly for the donkey sanctuary, which is lovely, but the ones where they're being ill-treated makes us both cry.
Love from us, with a very happy OH ATM as Leeds are one up xxx
Aw thank you so much my friend, but there are far more deserving of it on here. I could name quite a few right now, but you must choose. Sarah perhaps, or Annette? Too many - maybe you'll have to wield your paint brushes some more.
Yep, my lovely fella is cock-a-hoop with glee, just how I like to see him!
Big hugs to you and Sheila, and that lovely hen from earlier xxxx
Looks like I'll have to concentrate on watercolours instead of oils, as I can finish a painting 4 x quicker, and everyone can have one. Though I think everyone on here deserves so much more, and it's wonderful to hear how happy hubby is and hopefully you'll both be watching Leeds at Arsenal on Saturday. Well time to walk the dogs, need to be up early as I've 4 appointments Eddie xx
