Hi. I have been diagnosed with triple positive BC back in June. I have just finished chemo and awaiting surgery. I m getting a bit anxious especially when I start thinking about reoccurrence. I know i Hearthaven't finished the treatment yet but my head is already way in the future and freaking out. I really need some positive stories from you ladies with similar diagnosis.   • Hi. I had 6 cycles of taxol and carboplatin plus phesgo injection. It wasn't that bad as I thought. Maine side effects: tiredness and constipation. I hope it will be as kind to you as it was to me. Best wishes Heart

  • Yes, it is for triple positive. After chemo I will carry on with phesgo injection every 3 weeks. Good luck with treatment! Let me know if you have any questions. Heart

  • It did respond very well to chemo. They tend to as they grow quicker than other types. After 3 rd chemo they couldn't see it on us and mammogram. I m having my opp on the 9 th of Nov, then 5 days of radio. Xxx

  • Hi that's fab news, I was scared ours wouldn't respond to chemo because it's triple positive but that has reassured me, I am oestrogen positive and pr positive and her2 positive like you. What surgery are you having xxx

  • Wow that's amazing it's blitzed it, that is such good news. So worried chemo wouldn't work for our type but it has. You will be fine with surgery and radio xxx
