Is there anybody wanted to chat about nothing in particular, I need a distraction today.
Its good that so many programmes have multiple series for us.
I also have Sewing Bee and Pottery Throw-down.
Shakespeare and Hathaway, The Walking Dead - one extreme to the other!
Call the midwife has been recommended as that has I think 10 series.
Anything that doesn’t need concentration.
Doesn’t matter if I nod off and have to rewind, or for that matter fast forward.
I have also become a jigsaw fiend.
The charity shops are doing well out of me! Luckily our local library has a jigsaw lending section. Though I my need to to go to the next town along as I’ve exhausted ours.
And, who would have thought it - certainly not my beautiful Valen - I have become quite arty crafty and dabble and splash and splosh with all manner of paints.
I have turned his home office into a craft room. He was in the process of turning it into a reading room for me, but I really can’t settle to read at all. I was an avid reader but even t.v magazine is to much now.
I was invited to a prosecco and painting event. I don’t have an artistic streak and probably best to stay away from the Prosecco!
I’ve watched all Call the midwives series - my husband hated them. Shakespeare and Hathaway is easy watching isn’t it, I might watch more of them.I’ve even started watching Eastenders, true escapism!
