How do we find out about the next Zoom meeting, be handy if Macmillan could add a ‘ sticky ‘ to the top of the forum, where it couldn’t be missed with date time of such events, not sure if it’s possible but would be handy

You need to request Mel as a friend, then when she puts up the details of the meeting you send her a private message asking for the password.
The meetings are really helpful and supportive....they help you realise that you aren't alone in what you are going through.
