Feeling lost, frightened lost my appetite don't seem to have any motivation .
Hi Nevada. I don't know the details of your story but all those feelings are very normal. It takes time to heal. If it's very recent it's still very raw.
I found that after a few months maybe after my wife's passing, I suddenly had an urge to get out of that numbness. But it takes time.
You're in the right place.
Xx
Hi Nevada,
im so sorry your here and have lost your husband so suddenly. Just try and look after yourself for the first stages, be that sleep or food. Simple foods like Greek yogurt with some berries or nuts and soups, I found the best as they were quick and easy to prepare but still nutritious. Ask for help sometimes friends are willing to help but don’t know what to do.
