Cant upload a photo to my avatar

Hi.

Has anyone else found that they can't upload a photo to their avatar? I've only seen one person who appears to have succeed.

    I'm sorry to read you're having difficulty uploading a photo for your profile image. Do you want to send a copy of the photo to community@macmillan.org.uk? I'll pick it up from there for you.

    I cant upload a photo ....either as an avatar or in a reply. Cant upload a short video file either  Frowning2
