It's just over two weeks now since I lost my beautiful wife of 50yrs to pancreatic cancer. In the living room I now sit in Anne's chair. That's stopped me sitting in mine and so seeing her chair empty. I've also moved my old chair to a different place in the living room. I've changed a mirror for a picture and placed more photos of Anne around. Now when I enter the living room I see something fresh, and not a constant reminder of what the living room used to look like during the final months of Anne's declining health. Yet Anne's spirit is still with me and alongside me. In OUR living room.
Bless you all. Geoff.
