It's been nearly three years since my nanna came for my daddy (that's now I think of my dad when he past away from his brave battle with terminal lung cancer as it's not too upsetting for me) and I am still struggling to get the support I need for my depression and grief.
I have tried looking online for free support, but have up as I haven't got a clue where to look.
I'm sorry to read that you're still struggling to find support for your depression and grief.
I've had a look back through your previous posts and can see that DaveyBo gave you some great suggestions and links to information in this reply to you a little while ago. Were you able to follow up his suggestions?
