Towards the end of last year my great uncle’s wife found out that she had ovarian cancer which she had a round of chemo for but got anaemic a little while after having the chemo and passed away in January. Didn’t really see that much of my great uncle’s wife though (as she was Chilean and her and my great uncle had been living over there for a while and she didn’t used to come and visit us that often) so eventhough I was upset after she’d died I wished I had got to know her better. I was also feeling quite sorry for my great uncle thinking about how he would cope without her and even when I saw him a couple of months back I was feeling upset and sorry for him about the loss of his wife.
