hi there
Just an update, got counselling sorted out with my gp, family all helping as am so upset at them moment with my grief and I have mood swing with this at 18, can’t stand it and very tearful today
Hi Shannon -Louise welcome to the forum and I am so very sorry to hear about how you are feeling.
However, it sounds like you are taking some really positive steps to help with the process of grieving by asking for the Counselling so well done you for taking that huge step forward.
I am many years older than you are and I can relate very much to what you are saying and missing people Im having a bad couple of days thinking about and missing my dad who recently died.
I dont know what to say to make any of this any better for you except to let you know that others are thinking of you and share your sadness. Tears are good as it lets all the sadness out and gives us some respite from the loss .
Sending some huge big hugs your way for now. xxx
