hi all
am really struggling to cope with loss of my mum 3 years ago , I find it hard to cope with grief because I am only 18 my mum was my best friend and ever since she’s gone a piece of my heart is gone , that’s why I have a great friend who helps me but can’t replace her, so I am going to my doctors to get a referral so I can see a counsellor as very emotional every week
Hey,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mum.
I think getting a referral is a good idea especially if you feel like you need some support. Grief is so hard and you are right, no one can replace your Mum, and that's okay. It's also okay that you're not okay and finding it hard to cope with grief.
I'm glad you have come on here for support and to express how you feel.
Best wishes,
KW
I can’t live this especially when I have autism and epilepsy at 18
