Hi everyone ,
Myself and my fiancé were hoping to be able to move back to my hometown before the summer holidays start as the trains get full really quickly in the summer holidays, but when my fiancé messaged my sister in law (my youngest sister's wife) at the weekend to see if they had heard back from their landlord about a studio flat that was supposed to be available for us to rent, but he told her that we would have to wait now as the people who were meant to be moving out of the property have decided to stay put. My sister-in-law said that their landlord would let her know next time a flat becomes available for us.
He's a brilliant landlord as he understands about universal credit and he accepts it.
I just feel so let down by the people who have decided to stay put in the flat as we were hoping to move closer to my family and also because I feel a lot closer to my late nanna n daddy in my hometown as I feel like I am too far away from them and the rest of my family
I'm just glad that I took my mum's advice and decided to use one of my notebooks as a way to talk to my dad.
