My Nan passed away a few weeks ago after a very hard battle with lung cancer. She contracted pneumonia and within the week she had died. My Nan was my best friend and would have been the person to get through this difficult time. I just don’t know what to do. Please help?
I even climbed snowdon and raised money for cancer research and Sunday but the whole thing just seemed pointless because I couldn’t tell her about it.
Hi kirstlouise - I’m so sorry to hear about your nan. I lost my beloved mum last September to bowel cancer. Mum was my world and best friend. The grief journey is a very difficult one, with lots of bumps in the road. As I have said many times on here, joining this site has helped me a lot, just connecting with other people who are in the same place helps. Everyone on here gets it and understands. With this site, you realise your not alone. Take care x
