Well the tea party for my wonderful cousin went off with a bang, she was totally gobsmacked, never expecting any sort of shin dig. The card that I got her was a sister card because in my eyes she is my sister and this made her cry, quite an achievement as she is not the emotional type at all. So gifts given, food eaten, candles blown out with assistance from my young son and a good ending to a good day.

Well woke up this morning and thought I may have recently given birth...all the mums out there will know what I mean when you ar breast feeding and you suffer from leakage. The side of my body that still has a boob was soaking and the bed, then I realised that the wound site had been leaking during the night (sorry if that is too much info) but not too worried as had appointment to see the wonderful Claire to have it…
Today should have been the day I found out the results from my mastectomy and when the chemo will be starting, but as usual the results are not back so have another week to wait, on the upside have received an appointment through the post today (was only posted yesterday) for another appointment next Thursday at 9 oclock so at least the appointment is 1st thing in the morning so can get it all over and done with and hopefully…
Well this is all getting a little boring for me now. Had a fantastic nights sleep on Monday back in my own bed surround by enough chocolates to rival Thorntons and woke Tuesday feeling not too bad.
Caught up on what had been going on here while away and managed some pate on toast for lunch made for me by my fantastic cousin who had arrived from up north the following day to stay with me and take care of me for a week…
