Well woke up this morning and thought I may have recently given birth...all the mums out there will know what I mean when you ar breast feeding and you suffer from leakage. The side of my body that still has a boob was soaking and the bed, then I realised that the wound site had been leaking during the night (sorry if that is too much info) but not too worried as had appointment to see the wonderful Claire to have it drained today anyway.
So total bed strip and into the bath then off to the hospital, Claire as usual was fantastic, bettr out than in is her favourite saying and she assured me that it is quite normal.....ok have to believe her as she has more experience on this than me. So drained and padded it was off to M & S and what a suprise, they had a fantastic range to choose from and the lady that helped me was brilliant (so anyone in the herfordshire area I recommend M & S London Colney), tried on several different styles and settled on a black and red bra and pant set and a lovely white set just for good measure and just as an extra bonus there was 12 and a half % discount on top so very happy bunny.
Popped next door to the huge Sainsbury's and bought all that is needed for our impromtu tea party later for my cousin and some substantial food for a real meal later. Also noticed that the new coffee Baileys was on special at £10 so it would have been rude not to buy one then got home and ad on tv said Asda were doing it for £9 (typical), hang on Deb's Tesco's should be doing it for £8 next week. Then popped into Next and managed to get a Chuggington t-shirt and set of pants for my little boy so he will be well made up when he gets home from nursery, birthday cake and Chuggington. By now I can feel myself starting to flag a bit and decided to call it a day, so home and lovely coffee and suprise, suprise the new pj's I ordered 2 days ago had arrived via DHL. My cousin has helped me to get rid of the evidence before hubby comes in, it will be another case of "Oh I have had these for ages you just dont remember".
So looking forward to party. Baileys and a nice clean bed with new pj's on...as the add says this has been a good day.
take care love Terri xxx
