well mum has been doing really well after her stent was fitted in june ,but it seems like we are back to square one .she was admitted back to hospital today as she started having difficulty swallowing .i dont know yet if the stent is blocked or if the tumour has grown im really worried because she seeems to be losing weight quickly now x

well mum has surprised us by accepting the wheelchair bought by the hospice and actually asked if i would take her out for half an hour .it was only a short shopping trip but i think shes realised that at least she can get out whilst she still feels up to it .i just hope it stays like this a bit longer .i love my mum to bits and it seems to do her good just to get a change of sceneryxxxxx
does anyone on this site know what the carers sent in by social services are supposed to do .my mum was main carer for my stepdad who has mobility problems .since she was diagnosed in june with terminal oesophegal cancer i have been doing most things for her while my stepdad has a carer who goes in to see to him .when i say see to him what is the carers role???he has someone who goes in am and pm as he wears surgical…
well got myself all stressed up with worrying about mum so i decided to have a clear out of old paper work ,only trouble is iv kept the rubbish and thrown the stuffi was meant to keep which means the dustbin men have taken my husband and sons driving licences and insurance papers amongst other things grrrx
