    just a note to wish you all the very best for 2011 and hope that 2011 proves to be a good year for each of you on your own journeys.

    this year has been bitter sweet in that we had our beautiful son in Jan then the horrible C in august and now thats sorted so a good end

    Well my toe continues to improve and loving being able to wear proper footwear again instead of granny slipper. Its still yukky and a blinking big gap but it is closing slowly still hurts when walking far and when baby jumps on it or dog walks over it or hubby kicks it as he passes or when dropping things on it lol

     

    when i went to preston last they told me two weeks and to keep doing the grotty plasters which i am.…

    well went back to preston to have dressing changed to find that the all singing and dancing wonderful miracle honey had caused more damage than good so now have to use plastic patches every day and they stick like superglue too flippin hurt to remove.and my toe is about 3 times bigger than the other one and still bright red and painful. going to drs tomorrow as sick note runs out but dont think im ready to go back to…

    hi just got back from placcy people again, had my dressing redone, although this week it was yukky mind you having the babys activity unit, a weighing scale and middle son standing on it then getting it soaking wet in the shower prob havent helped this week lol.

     

    nurse checked to see if the biopsy results were back and they were, the one on my face was a rodent ulcer and cos they took a bit more away it is clear at…

    well i went to get my stiches out and my dressing changed and i must admit i was totally dreading it on two counts, one that i can still remember the pain 16 years ago having stitches removed and secondly id see the results from last weeks ops.
